Recently Corbett National park has come up with time table. Few changes have been made by the authorities to serve guest better.
Corbett Tiger Reserve offers oppotunity to stay inside the forest in various guests houses. Beside this , tourists can stay in hotels around the park. Day Visit safari here means you cannot stay inside the park. On the other hand those staying in various forest guests house have to follow this time schedule for safari in respective zones.
In one night stay one have two safaris. One for the evening & one for the next morning shift. However you have to return back to your guest house in time.
In Jhirna, Bijrani,Dehla, Pakhro & Durga Devi jeeps are used for Day visit safaris. But in case of Dhikala,if you dont have night stay permit then only Canter safari is last option. These Canter safaris are approximately 05 hrs long . In Dhikala, Night Stay permit is must to enjoy this zone with jeep.
As every park has limited number of safari seats, so early planning is must in case of Corbett also.
