Tiger Tours is   trademarked in India in classes 9 & 42 which relates to naming any software, app, fb or any such software in general and also trademarked under class 39 which involves naming any travel or travel related services. Any questions or concerns please do contact us at [email protected]

Tiger Tours has complete rights and owns the content that appears in the app including the sighting details, sighting images & videos. Tiger Tours has complete ownership of all these and for those which we don’t own, we have perpetual irrevocable licence & royalty-free rights to use, modify and distribute the content. No one can claim rights to it nor reproduce anywhere nor use it for any research/stats/data analysis without written permission from Tiger Tours.

All of the Information in this web is collected and reproduced by Tiger Tours, staff effort and all are copyrighted. Any illegal copy & reproduction of any or part of the information without written prior permission from Tiger Tours of the same will attract court notices. Payment, Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policies
50% deduction before 60 days prior to the visit date once the tour is confirmed.
60% payment deduction, if cancellation is made 32 days prior to visit dates.
85% payment deduction, if cancellation is made between 32 to 17  days prior to visit dates. 100% payment deduction, if cancellation is made between 17 to 0  days prior to visit dates.

 Any cancellation refund will be only as a credit note.
In case of any changes, we charge 10% as a change fee from our side if there is scope & availability for a change

 Safaris & Local sightseeing:
We mainly book safaris & other wild life experiences , for that we charge 20% to 30% more then the basic cost .

Also please note other terms and conditions:

Participants who have a medical history of blood pressure, heart-related problems or asthma are advised to seek medical advice enrolling for the package.

You hereby agree to waive off any chargeback rights you might have when dealing with your bank or our payment gateway.

No refunds are allowed but only credit vouchers which you need to use in the next 24 months.

Any cancellations from the forest department w.r.t safari or resorts as the case may be are not in our control and the only thing we can do is give a credit voucher and the value varies from case to case.

Any no shows due to strikes, weather conditions or natural calamities or acts of god or pandemics but not limited to, we will consider that as no-show with no refund or credit vouchers as those are considered as last minute cancellations.

An all-inclusive meal plan includes (lunch and dinner on arrival date and breakfast on departure date). Resorts will not provide any refund or an extension if a meal is missed by the customer. All extra meals will be charged on the actuals and need to be paid at the resort only.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are not possible, but can be requested & subject to availability.

During peak season some of the resorts will be overbooked in such cases, we will provide you accommodation in a different resort but the similar standards. 

Safari booking is controlled by the forest department and sometimes due to heavy crowds, without notice, they reduce the number of gypsies and/or cancel some of the bookings, and/or change/cancel mode & type of safaris.  In such cases, Tiger Tours will not be liable to anything that comes under forest dept. But we will try our level best for all possible alternatives and if cancellation happens, we will refund what the forest department refunds us. There is no time limit for this refund. May take from week to months.

 In case of any adverse climatic conditions, or due to any strikes or for some god created events which are all not in our control, if the safari gets cancelled, we will refund what the forest department refunds us and when they refund us. 

Please note that in case you miss a safari for being late or for not getting relevant vouchers or government IDs, Tiger Tours will not be responsible for the missed safari.

Once the booking of the safari is done, any changes in the participants such as adding more or dropping a few or replacement won’t happen and no refund will be allowed in such cases.

In the case of shared safari, Tiger Tours will not take any responsibility other than handing over the vouchers. You will be sharing a gypsy with other groups and we will not be responsible for any kind of argument, change in decisions made by the people on the safari, cancellations, rerouting, additional charges as few didn’t show up etc. 

Shared safari does not provide pick-up and drop service from the resort and you have to make your own arrangements for the same and be sure to be at the safari point in time, in case you are not there in time, there will be no refund if you miss the safari and Tiger Tours will not be taking any responsibility of shared safaris.

We usually take money once we are sure of bookings but there are rare times, due to department website problems being unable to confirm the booking then we refund the entire amount.

Tiger Tours, shall not be responsible for injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveller in connection with social or labour unrest, mechanical or operational issues of any gypsies, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, terrorist activities, abnormal conditions or developments or what happens inside the jungle while on safari or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel partners control. In such cases, we will not be able to refund any part of the payment nor will we be able to advance nor will we be liable to any happenings but we will try our level best on how we can work with the relevant government agencies.

Tiger Tours, will not be able to make any last-minute changes to your resort or safari. Please do enough research before confirming the packages.

If you are dealing with USD/EUROS/GBP or any other currencies other than INR, we will inform you of the INR rates that are prevalent then and equivalent to other currencies. Due to fluctuations in the forex market, we will have to constantly revise (up or down) depending on when we pay respective parts (safari, cab, resort etc) and any higher changes will be borne by the customer when ever informed.

Tiger Tours will refund part amount if cancelled or postponed 32-days prior to tour start date but our cancellation charges are pegged to what the reserved constituent parts (like the resort, safari, cab, etc.) refund minus 10% (of the total trip cost) as our cancellation charges.

Please note that refund takes an additional of 3 to 10 working days once the refund amount is settled and refunded by the constituent parts and takes approx 3 to 4 weeks if the refund is to a non-Indian bank. Also please note that any bank charges for such a refund will have to be borne by the customer.

Tiger Tours as a destination management company may not have control over the kind of Gypsy/Canters handed over to you for safari and we cannot guarantee that it will suit your tastes and we will not be able to make any changes. Mostly safari vehicles are open & without ac. Even in rainy seasons or if it rains during safari the hoods are not available in jeeps/canters.

If the cab booked for travel between any two places faces any issues, flat tire or engine failure etc, our support will try our level best to make alternate arrangements.Tiger Tours will not be liable for any refund that might have happened due to this delay.

Any issues, if you really feel Tiger Tours did not attend to as per terms and conditions mentioned here, you agree that it has to be filed and settled as per the laws of India and to be tried in the court of Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, India, where the company is registered.

Please note you are in the forest area and we request you to be on guard all the time and any criminal or such issues you face, please inform the nearest police station. Tiger Tours will not be liable nor able to refund or pay for any of the casualties that may happen.

Tiger Tours will not cover travel insurance for any of its clients/customers and we request you to make sure that you cover yourself and all of your travelling party with adequate insurances to cover for any mishaps, lost goods, etc as the case may be.

Tiger Tours will not be liable for any lost/stolen goods when you are travelling. Please try not to carry any costly articles but if you have to carry, please make sure you keep an eye on it all times

Tiger Tours responsibility is mainly as a platform and as a facilitator connecting all necessary parties to you such as safari makers, trackers, resorts, cab service etc and even though we personally check their backgrounds, we cannot be liable for their actions and we will not be liable for such events, god forbid, happens and we request all our guests to be always on their precautions and vigilant.

Tiger Tours will do both functions, as an end to end travel agent as well as act as a platform connecting the customer to one or multiple operators/jungle resorts. Our responsibility ends with providing you the booking vouchers and/or guidance & direction in end-to-end model and in platform model, providing the connection. We will do all sorts of background check before we add an operator and/or resort but having said that we will not take the responsibility of the operator and/or the transactions

Tiger Tours and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction you take based on the content available via the website. you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content. You specifically acknowledge that Tiger Tours is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of users or third parties.

Additionally, in no event will Tiger Tours or its affiliates be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, any loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute products or services, or any other such damages, howsoever caused, and on any theory of liability, whether for breach of contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), or otherwise resulting from (1) the use of, or the inability to use the website; (2) the cost of procurement of substitute services, items, or websites; (3) unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (4) the statements or conduct of any third party on the website; or (5) any other matter relating to the website. These limitations will apply whether or not Tiger Tours has been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiger Tours, its directors, officers, employees, owners, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all liability, damages, losses, claims, expenses of any kind (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys fees) directly or indirectly related to (1) your breach of the Agreement; or (2) the user content you submit, post, or transmit through the website.

This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the website or the apps shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding between Tiger Tours and you related to the Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the local court of Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan , India and you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
