Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Delhi
Your driver or representative meets you at Indira Gandhi International Airport. After a short drive, you check in at your hotel and rest.

In the afternoon, a local guide takes you to India Gate, the government area and Humayun's Tomb. If time remains, you visit Qutub Minar. Dinner is at your own cost, and your driver can suggest a good place near the hotel. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi to Agra, then Ranthambore
This is a full travel day, so we leave early. The drive to Agra takes about 4 hours by expressway.

In Agra, a local guide takes you to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. The Taj is closed on Fridays, so we plan the order of days around that when we fix your dates. After lunch, we drive to Ranthambore, about 5 hours more. You reach the hotel in the evening and rest before the safari day. Overnight in Ranthambore.

Day 3: Ranthambore Safaris
You go on two safaris today, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, in a shared jeep or canter. A forest guide goes with each vehicle, and the park decides the route and zone.

You may see tigers, but you may also see leopards, sambar, chital, nilgai, crocodiles and many birds. Between the two safaris, you rest at the hotel. Wear earth-tone clothes and carry a warm layer, because early mornings are cold in open vehicles. Overnight in Ranthambore.

Day 4: Ranthambore to Udaipur
After breakfast, we drive to Udaipur. The journey is about 7 to 8 hours with stops for lunch and rest. The road passes through small towns and farmland in southern Rajasthan.

You check in at your hotel in the evening. If you have energy, walk to the lake for a view of the city lights. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 5: Udaipur Sightseeing
A local guide takes you to the City Palace, which sits above Lake Pichola. The palace has courtyards, small rooms with mirror work and views over the water. Next is Sahelion Ki Bari, a garden built for the women of the royal household.

If time allows, you take a boat ride on the lake. In the evening, you can walk through the old town for handicrafts, miniature paintings and fabrics. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 6: Udaipur to Jaipur
After breakfast, we drive to Jaipur, about 6 to 7 hours. We stop on the way for lunch and a few photos. You check in and rest in the evening. Overnight in Jaipur.

Day 7: Jaipur Sightseeing
Start early at Amber Fort, before the crowds arrive. You take a jeep ride up to the palace, and the guide shows you the main halls and courtyards. On the way back, we stop at Jal Mahal for photos.

After that, you visit the City Palace and Jantar Mantar, an observatory with large stone instruments. We finish at Hawa Mahal and the nearby bazaars, where you can shop for block-printed textiles, blue pottery and jewellery. Overnight in Jaipur.

Day 8: Jaipur to Delhi
After breakfast, we drive to Delhi, about 5 to 6 hours. We drop you at the airport or your hotel. Tour ends.
