Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Haldwani/Kathgodam Railway Station to Sattal (30 km; approx. 80 minutes)
Early morning pickup from Haldwani/Kathgodam and drive to Sattal.Morning birding session in the Chaafi area with packed breakfast.
Afternoon session along Sattal Road.
Overnight stay in Sattal.
Expected Species: Tawny Fish Owl, Spotted Forktail, Slaty-backed Forktail, Little Forktail, Brown Dipper, Himalayan Rubythroat, Golden Bush Robin, Whistler's Warbler, Small Niltava, Buff-barred Warbler, Striated Laughingthrush, Brown Wood Owl, Mountain Bulbul, Slaty-headed Parakeet, Black-throated Accentor, etc.
Day 02: Sattal
Morning and afternoon birding sessions at the hides.Overnight stay in Sattal.
Expected Species: Rufous-throated Partridge, Green Magpie, Mountain Bulbul, Rufous-chinned Laughingthrush, Rusty-cheeked Scimitar Babbler, Rufous-bellied Niltava, Greater Yellownape, Lesser Yellownape, Greater Barbet, Striated Laughingthrush, Chestnut-bellied Nuthatch, White-crested Laughingthrush, etc.
Day 03: Sattal (Ranikhet and Ramgarh Area)
Morning birding session in the Ranikhet area.Afternoon session targeting any leftover species.
Overnight stay in Sattal.

Day 04: Sattal to Manila (122 km; approx. 5 hours)
Early morning birding session at Shyamkhet.Later, depart for Manila.

Night walk to search for owls.

Day 05: Manila to Kaladhungi (110 km)
Morning birding session in Manila.Later, drive to Kaladhungi.
Afternoon session at Garjiya.
