Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Pick up from Ramnagar Railway Station at 0415 hrs and transfer to Kaladhungi.

Check-in and freshen up at the hotel, followed by a morning birding session in the Kotabagh area. Return to the hotel for lunch, then head out again for an afternoon birding session in Kotabagh. Conclude the day with an overnight stay at Kaladhungi.

Grey-crowned Prinia, Ashy Bulbul, Orange-bellied Leafbird, Black-chinned Babbler, Greater Flameback, Brown-headed Barbet, Lineated Barbet, Small Niltava, Slaty-blue Flycatcher, Grey-capped Pygmy Woodpecker, Blue-throated Barbet, White-crested Laughingthrush, Asian Barred Owlet, Green Magpie, Crimson Sunbird, Green-tailed Sunbird, Fulvous-breasted Woodpecker, Rufous Woodpecker, Pale-billed Flowerpecker, Yellow-footed Green Pigeon, etc.

Day 02: Morning birding session at Baur Reservoir with packed breakfast.

Afternoon birding along the Nainital Road. Overnight stay at Kaladhungi.

Day 03: Early check-out with packed breakfast.

Begin the day with a morning birding session at Garjiya en route to Manila. Arrive in Manila by lunchtime and, after a brief rest, continue with an afternoon birding session in the area. In the evening, enjoy an owling session before settling in for an overnight stay at Manila.

Day 04: Full-day birding in Manila along Ramnagar Road and Dotiyal Road.

Morning session followed by transfer to Ramnagar Railway Station to board the night train departing at 2200 hrs.

Cheer Pheasant, Koklass Pheasant, Himalayan Buzzard, Mountain Scops Owl, Collared Owlet, Blue-fronted Redstart, Himalayan Prinia, Spot-winged Grosbeak, White-capped Bunting, Scaly-bellied Woodpecker, Himalayan Woodpecker, Brown-fronted Woodpecker, Rufous-bellied Woodpecker, Rufous-gorgeted Flycatcher, Himalayan Bluetail, Brownish-flanked Bush Warbler, Grey-winged Blackbird, Rusty-cheeked Scimitar Babbler, Speckled Piculet, Great Barbet, Red-billed Blue Magpie, Grey Treepie, Slaty-headed Parakeet, Steppe Eagle, Himalayan Griffon, Common Kestrel, etc.
