Ranthambhore :

These  Premium Zone free  Full day & Half day safaris are not operational in Ranthambhore since 01’st October 22.

Now one can enjoy Full day safaris in Central Indian Parks like Kanha, Bandhavgarh, Panna, Pench, Sanjay Dhubri & Satpura. Tadoba & Umred Karhandla wildlife sanctaury in Maharasthra also offer full day safaris.

These safari jeeps has an edge of entering the park 15 minutes prior & leaving 15 minutes later than normal safari jeeps.

Kanha National Park:

Airport/ Rail station. Jabalpur . (03 hrs ) & Nagpur ( 03:30 hrs)

One of the finest forest/park of Central India. Famous for it grasslands & dense habitat. The scienic beauty is par excellence. Zone Kanha & Mukki are famous for major tiger sightings. Kisli zone offeres good chances of sloth bears & leopards. Sarhi zone has done well in last season. Normal safaris are zone confined . So full days safaris can be of great help for photographers or increasing Tigers tally in short stay.

Full days permits are not avialable on line. They can be done from Field Director’s office.

04- 05 jeeps are allowed in Fullday safaris.

Bhandhavgrah National Park:

Aiport: Jabalpur ( 03 :hrs) & Khajuraho ( 06 hrs).

Rail station: Jabalpur . Katni ( 02 hrs) Umaria ( 01 hrs).

Bhandhavgrah is often known for its highest density of Tigers for consecutives years. Truely blessed by lord Shiva ( siddh baba), it is very difficult to beat sightings records of Bandhavgrah. Tala & Khitauli are highly in demand . Coming year Magdhi seems to promosing zone with a  tigress with 04 cubs.

Safaris are zone confined so Full day safaris can be promissing. Process booking  & timing’s benifts are same as of Kanha national park.

Sanjay Dhubri Tiger Reserve :

Aiports: Jabalpur ( 04 hrs) ;Khajuraho ( 05 hrs); Allahabad ( 04:30 hrs) ; Reva ( 04 hrs)

Rail sataions: Katni ( 03 hrs); Satna ( 03 hrs)

If some one really want to experience peacefull safari ( less crowd) than it best option.The park is mixture of different terrians & less dense forest which gives an advantage for sightings. Not much famous so less tourists are there but worth going. Some times you could be the only guest of the park. The park is tourist friendly.

Full day safaris are excellent here. Rules & booking system are same as Kanha & Bhandhavgarh.

Panna National Park:

Airport: Khajuraho ( 40 minutes) ; Allahabaad ( 06 hrs ) & Varanasi ( 06 hrs)

Rail stations: Khajuraho ( 40 minutes) ; Jhansi ( 03:30 hrs) & Satna ( 02;30 hrs)

Great comeback by this park after lossing all tigers some yaers ago. The managemant has done remarkable job. Touirst freindly park with lot of flexibilties. Madla & Hinouta gates offer great experiences. Ken river flowing side by enhances the sceinic beauty.

Here you have to take forest guard during your full day safaris. The less dense forest puts this parks among top tiger parks of India. If you donot have safari in Ranthambhore , Kanha & Bhandhavgarh then you can blindly go for Panna .

Pench National Park:

Airport & Rail station : Nagpur ( 01:30 hrs)

Located on border of Maharasthra & Madhya Pradesh, this is another great example of touirst friendly park. Different gates for entrances but internal area free. This is only place where you can see leopards in free moods. Leopards are so brave that they walk on roads like tigers.

In Madhya Pradesh’s Pench full safaris are permitted. But in Maharasthra part full day safaris are not allowed. Full day safari & few normal safaris in Maharasthra part will surely kick the tiger tally up.

Rules & booking process is same as other parks of Central India.

Satpura National Park :

Airport & Rail station : Bhopal ( 03 :30 hrs)

One of the best park for safari experience & biodiversity. Central Indian Giant squeral is epeciality of the park. Sloth bears photography is best here.Trekking & boating is also here. Guides & drivers are very self disciplined. Madhai , Churna & Bhimkund are three gates but quite far . So to enjoy this park completely one needs 03 to 04 nights. Long stay here at various gates will give you feeling of visiting 02 or 03 parks.

Denwa river adds beauty to its wldlife habitat.

Full day permits & process is same as other parks of Central India.

Another state which gives excellent full safaris experience is Maharasthra.

Tadoba National Park :

Airport & Rail station : Nagpur ( 04;30 hrs)

Tadoba offers full days Safaris in Core & Buffer zones. Donot under estimate buffer zones of Tadoba as they are eqaully packed as core zones. Costing of both Full day safari is different. Here full day safaris are cheaper than Central India. Good buffer zones are sold out before core zones too.

Full day safari booking system is different here . As there are 20 buffer zones so you can select 03 zones in one full day safari.

Umred Karhandla Wild Life scantuary :

Airport & Rail station : Nagpur ( 01:30 hrs)

This small cozy scantuary is heaven for cubs popolation. All three zone Karhandla , Gothangaon & Pauni are having cubs . So this place is going to rock. Lesser known , so less crowd.  Mixed forest makes sightings & photography good & easy.  If you are coming for multiday trip than this is not the palce to miss.

We combine it with Pench in 03 nights & 04 days pacakge . Results have been amazing.

Full day permits are avialable from Director’s office. Slightly cheaper than Tadoba too.

Night safari are banned in  Central India & Mahrasthara  parks since Dec 25.

Mobiles phones are not allowed during safaris in National Parks since Dec 25.
